Spring Capping

April 12, 2014 Josh Stolberg

This has been a productive month for finishing up long overdue projects.   I finally completed the  1957 Chevy Bel Aire  I was commissioned to make.  I got around to making the  honey bee  I’ve wanted to do for a while.  Both of these projects turned out quite well.  I also made a couple of signs.  One was the second I’ve made for  Strangeways Brewery  and the other was a simple  “OPEN”  sign for a friend’s food truck.  Of course, there were the steady requests for custom stars and flowers.

The Forest Hill South of the James Market starts in less than a month, so I’ve started to prepare.  I plan to come up with quick and easy to make “doodads” that I can sell for around $10.  I am in talks with several local restaurants and food trucks about making custom signs.  Stay tuned for more details.
